QUICK BREAD 
1/2 env. quick action dried yeast
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 c. warm water
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. flour

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Put flour, yeast and salt in mixing bowl. Add oil and water. Mix everything together into firm dough. If dough is sticky - add flour. If dough is dry - add water. Place dough on floured table. Push your hands into dough for 5 minutes.

Shape dough into rolls/shapes. Put on greased baking pan. Cover loosely with dish towel - then put in warm place. When rolls have doubled you may decorate however you want. Bake 15-20 minutes. They're done if the sound hollow when tapped on. Put on wire rack to cool.
