SWEDISH NUT CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple and juice

Mix all ingredients by hand together. Bake in 13 x 9 inch ungreased pan at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream all ingredients together and spread over hot cake. Then refrigerate.
