CRAB IMPERIAL 
1 lb. crabmeat or sea legs
2 eggs (whites)
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 green pepper, chopped and saute
1/2 tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
Salt and pepper

Mix crabmeat, green pepper, Old Bay, and salt and pepper together. Grease with butter, 10 inch Pyrex pan; spoon in meat mixture.

Topping: Beat 2 egg whites and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise to meringue. Pour on top of meat. Bake at 400 degrees until top is brown.
