WHOLE WHEAT BUNS 
4 c. milk
2 pkg. yeast in 1/2 c. warm water
1 c. Parkay
1 tbsp. Crisco
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 c. whole wheat flour
6 c. white flour

Scald milk - add Parkay, Crisco, salt and sugar. Cool. Add 4 cups whole wheat flour. Add yeast and the add 6 cups white flour. Knead. Put in bowl. Grease top and cover. Let rise twice. Make into buns. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
