PRESBYTERIAN ROCK COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
3 c. flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 pt. walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 c. chopped figs
1/2 c. milk

Make dough stiff enough to drop off spoon.
