SESAME PITA TOASTS 
2 (6 inch) pita breads, each cut into 4 wedges
3 tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
1/3 c. sesame seeds, toasted lightly

Divide and separate pita triangles. Spread the insides of pita lightly with butter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, pressing them to adhere and arrange on a baking sheet with seed sides up. Bake 375 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes, or until crisp. Cool on a rack and sprinkle with salt. Makes 16.
