LAYERED LETTUCE SALAD | |
6 c. lettuce, chopped 4 to 6 hard boiled eggs, sliced 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed 8 to 16 oz. bacon, fried & crumbled 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded 1/4 c. green onions, sliced 3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise (last thing) Put half of lettuce in dish; layer rest of ingredients and finish with lettuce. Put mayonnaise on top; cover and put in refrigerator. |
