LAYERED LETTUCE SALAD 
1 head lettuce, layered in bottom of pan
1/2 c. celery, layered on top of lettuce
1/2 c. green pepper, next layer
Fresh cauliflower buds or 1 (10 oz.) pkg.
Peas, next layer (fresh or thawed frozen preferred)
1 med. onion in rings, next layer
2 c. mayonnaise, 2 tsp. sugar added
1 to 2 c. Colby cheese, grated
6 slices bacon, crumbled or jar of Bac-O's
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped fine

Layer lettuce and other ingredients. Top above layers with 2 cups mayonnaise with sugar added, then add grated Colby cheese. Add bacon on top; sprinkle with hard boiled eggs (chopped). Refrigerate. Do not mix and do not cover. Make day before.
