MEXICAN GOULASH | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can diced Rotel tomatoes with green chilies 1 can Ranch style beans 1 can Spanish rice Brown ground beef; drain. Add all other ingredients. Simmer about 15 minutes. Serve over tortilla chips and top with grated Cheddar cheese. Its quick, easy and good. |
