PUMPKIN PIE 
16 oz. pumpkin solid pack
1 (12 oz.) evaporated skim milk
1 egg
2 egg whites
1/2 c. Bisquick or pioneer biscuit mix
8 packets Equal
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla

Pour ingredients into blender. Put in evaporated milk first. Blend until smooth. Pour into pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes until center is puffed up or knife can be inserted and come out clean.
