CRABMEAT PUFFS 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. regular flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. crabmeat, flaked and squeezed dry

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Heat water and butter to rolling boil in saucepan; stir in flour and salt. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball; about 1 minute; remove from heat. Beat in eggs, one at a time; continue beating until smooth. Stir in crabmeat.

Drop by slightly rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until puffed and golden, about 25 minutes. Serve hot with cocktail sauce. About 5 dozen.
