SWEDISH CREAM 
2 c. heavy cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 env. Knox gelatin

Mix above ingredients together. Heat gently (do not boil) stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Cool until slightly thickened. Fold in 1 cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon almond extract. Top with fresh strawberries or other fruit. Serves 6.

A double recipe fill a 2 quart Tupperware ring mold.
