SWEET POTATO PECAN BREAD 
1 c. cooked, mashed or canned sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. water
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. chopped pecans

GLAZE:

1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Orange juice to make thick

Grease and flour bottom only of 9 x 5 loaf pan. In large bowl combine sweet potatoes, sugar, oil, water and eggs. Mix well. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; add flour, soda, salt, nutmeg, and beat well. Fold in pecans. Pour into pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing.
