FRUIT PUDDING 
1/3 c. raisins
4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. pecans, chopped
1/3 c. cherries
6 slices moist bread
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease oven pan (about 9 1/2 x 5 1/2 or 9 1/2 x 8). Combine milk, eggs, sugar, moist bread, vanilla, pecans, raisins and cinnamon. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, until knife inserted comes out clean.

Can be served warm or cold and is a quick dessert for family of 4 or 5 persons.
