1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. accent seasoning
1 tsp. black pepper
1/3 c. Mazola corn oil

Make beef patties. Fry in corn oil in oven 400 degrees. Fry patties 15 minutes turn over and fry 15 minutes more. Take up when brown as desired. Serve with catsup, little mustard on buns.
