CHEESE-SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
1 pt. creamed cottage cheese 3 eggs 1/4 lb. American cheese 1/4 c. butter 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach 3 tbsp. flour Combine cottage cheese and eggs. Cut cheese and butter into coarse pieces. Add to cottage cheese mixture. Snip frozen spinach irregularly with kitchen shears into cheese mixture. Add flour; stir until thoroughly blended. Pour into well greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until set. |
