CHEESECAKE SUPREME 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 4 eggs, separated 2/3 c. half and half 1 tsp. vanilla

Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, flour and salt, mixing with electric mixer until well blended. Blend in egg yolks, half and half and vanilla. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour over crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Loose cake from rim of pan. Cool; remove rim and chill.
