ARTILLERY PUNCH 
1 c. sugar
Juice of 6 lemons
1 tbsp. Angostura bitters
1 qt. sherry
1 qt. burgundy
1 qt. scotch
1 qt. brandy
1 qt. sparkling water

Combine sugar, lemon juice, bitters and liquors. Chill to blend flavors. Pour punch over ice then add sparkling water. Makes 50 servings.
