SALMON STEW 
2 to 3 Irish potatoes, cut in sm. cubes
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can milk
2 qts. sweet milk
1 lg. can boned salmon
Dash of seasoned salt
Dash of thyme
Dash of rosemary
Sprinkle of cayenne pepper
Grated cheese

Cut potatoes into small cubes. Put in large pot with water and salt; bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Add onion and butter. Simmer approximately 5 minutes. Add canned milk and sweet milk. Heat slowly and add salmon, dash of seasoned salt. Simmer 5 minutes.
