SIMPLE AND SAVORY SALMON STEW 
1 lg. can salmon (15 1/2 oz.)
4-5 potatoes, diced
1 onion, finely diced
1 c. water
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 (11 oz.) can corn
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook potatoes and onion until tender. Drain. Separate and mince salmon and bones - drain liquid. Add salmon and remaining ingredients to potatoes and onions. Heat over low heat, stir frequently. Delicious on a cold winter night.
