FRUIT SALAD 
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin orange sections
6 med. bananas
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
1/2 (6 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
2 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 sm. pkg. Jello, peach orange or apricot

Put first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Combine juice, beaten eggs, sugar and flour. Cook over low heat in saucepan until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add Jello and mix well. When cool, pour over fruit that has been prepared in a large bowl, chill. Serves 6-8.
