RHUBARB PIE 
1 1/2 c. cut up rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. flour
1 top & bottom pie crust, 8" - 9"

Mix sugar, flour and egg in a bowl. Add rhubarb and mix thoroughly. Place in pie crust, cover with other crust. Bake in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Turn heat down to 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
