MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 cooked and boned chicken (or 2 cans)
1 sm. onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can green chilies (small)
Grated Cheddar cheese (to cover casserole)
Dorito (or similar) chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and top with grated cheese and Dorito chips. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
