BLEND OF THE BAYOU 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 lb. peeled shrimp
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 can mushroom soup
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tbsp. garlic powder
Salt
1 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 pt. white crab meat
3/4 c. cooked rice
Sharp cheese, grated
Cracker and bread crumbs

Mix cream cheese and butter using double boiler. Saute shrimp, onion, pepper and celery in 2 tablespoons butter. Add to first mixture. Add soup, mushrooms, seasonings, crab meat and rice.
