HAMBURGER CRUNCH 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
2/3 c. raw rice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1 lg. can chow mein noodles

Brown hamburger and onions. Drain grease. Combine with all other ingredients, except noodles in large 9x13 inch pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Uncover and top with noodles and cook for 10 more minutes.
