CORN CASSEROLE 
2 (12 oz.) cans white Shoe Peg corn
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 jalapeno

Let butter and cream cheese stand to room temperature until soft. Cream together. Remove seeds from jalapeno and dice. Combine all ingredients in casserole dish and bake or microwave until creamy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
