EASY YEAST ROLLS 
3 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water (100-110 degrees)
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted shortening
2 large eggs (beaten)
1 tsp. salt
5 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. butter melted and divided

Combine yeast and 1/2 c. warm water in a 2 c. measuring cup. Let stand 5 minutes. Combine yeast mixture, 1 c. milk, sugar and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Gradually add 1 c. flour, stirring until smooth. Gradually stir in remaining flour to make a soft dough. Place in a a well greased bowl turning to grease top. Cover and let rise until doubled in size or overnight. Turn out on floured surface. Knead, roll out and cut with 1/4 inch biscuit cutter. Dip in melted butter, fold in half and put in pan.

Bake at 375°F for 15 to 18 minutes.
