COFFEE DESSERT 
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 c. strong coffee
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 lb. vanilla wafers

Roll wafers and separate into thirds. Place 1/3 in bottom of ungreased 7 x 9 pan. Beat eggs, add melted butter, sugar, coffee and nuts, spoon on half coffee mixture. Add second 1/3 crushed wafers, then rest of coffee mixture. Last, add rest of wafers on top. Refrigerate 2 days. Especially good topped with Cool Whip!
