PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. water
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Mix all ingredients. Add nuts. Pour into greased, floured loaf pans. Heat oven to 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours (2 loaf pans).
