BEACON HILL COOKIES 
1 c. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 egg whites
Dash of salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. vinegar
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Melt 1 cup Baker's semi-sweet chocolate chips over hot water. Beat 2 egg whites with a dash of salt until foamy. Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar, beating well. Then beat until stiff peaks form. Beat in 1/2 teaspoonful each vanilla and vinegar. Fold in melted chocolate and 3/4 cup chopped walnuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove immediately. Makes 36 cookies.
