BARBECUE CHICKEN SAUCE 
1 egg
1 c. oil
1 pt. vinegar
3 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning

You may parboil chicken for about 15 minutes to hasten cooking time. Marinate chicken for a couple of hours or all day. Then barbecue for about 20-30 minutes depending on the pieces you are using.
