QUICKIE PEACH COBBLER 
1 qt. peaches, or any other fruit (if using fresh fruit add sugar and water to make juice)
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 stick butter

In baking dish place stick of butter and melt in oven. Heat fruit and add to butter in baking dish. While fruit is heating combine flour, sugar and milk, mixing until almost all lumps are out. When fruit and butter are good and hot pour this mixture over (this forms a crust through the pie). Bake for 30 minutes or until brown in a 350 degree oven.
