FRESH BLUEBERRY PIE 
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
2 1/2 c. fresh blueberries

Mix ingredients together. Pour into pie shell and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

TOPPING:

3 tbsp. plain flour
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Spread topping on the pie and bake 10-15 minutes longer.
