EASY POPOVERS 
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Beat ingredients together with hand beater JUST until smooth. Be sure not to overbeat because it will reduce the volume. Pour into well-greased Pyrex custard cups or muffin tins (1/2 full). Bake until golden brown (40 to 45 minutes). Serve at once. Makes 6-8 popovers. (These are so quick and easy to make that you can decide to have them at the last minute.)

OK so really they may be super easy to make but really 40 minutes or more isn't quick at all!!!
