SEAFOOD AU GRATIN 
1-2 lb. cod, snapper, sole or any fish
1 pkg. Hollandaise mix (Knorr is good)
1 c. grated cheese (your choice)
1/2 c. sm. cocktail shrimp
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. paprika

Place fish in casserole dish (cut dish into pieces the size of a deck of cards). Drizzle with melted butter. Top with Hollandaise made according to package directions and grated cheese. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees, uncovered. Top with cocktail shrimp the last 5 minutes of cooking. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon paprika.
