LASAGNA ROLL UPS | |
2/3 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles (12) 1 tbsp. oil 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and squeezed dry 2 tbsp. minced green onion 1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg 1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese Cook lasagna noodles as label directs. Cook broccoli in hot oil add green onions. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese, salt and egg. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Drain noodles. Place in single layer on waxed paper. Evenly spread some cheese mixture on each noodle. Roll up each noodle. In bowl mix spaghetti sauce with 1/2 cup water. Spoon about 3/4 sauce into 11 x 7 inch glass baking dish. Arrange noodles seam side down in sauce. Top with Mozzarella cheese and remaining sauce. Bake 30 minutes. |
