MOM'S FAVORITE CAKE 
BATTER:

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

OTHER INGREDIENTS:

1 c. finely chopped walnuts
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. milk

Mix batter ingredients at high speed for 5 minutes. Grease and flour a 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped walnuts on bottom of pan. Put half of batter over nuts. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter in the pan. Add remaining batter. Cover top with 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Mix powdered sugar and milk. Drizzle over cake while still hot.
