PORT WINE JELLY 
Heat 3 cups sugar and 2 cups port wine in top of a double boiler; and rapidly boiling water. Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat, quickly stir in 1/2 (3 oz.) bottle liquid pectin. Immediately pour jelly into hot, sterilized half pint jars leaving 1/2" headspace. Wipe rims of jars, seal with scalded flat lids and screw bands. Makes 4 to 5 half pint jars.
