PORK CHOPS AND AMBER RICE 
6 pork chops or pork tenderloins
Salt and pepper
1 1/3 c. precooked (instant) rice
1 c. orange juice
1 can condensed chicken rice or mushroom soup

Brown pork chops, season with salt and pepper. Place rice in baking dish, pour orange juice over the rice. Arrange browned pork chops over rice. Pour soup over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
