1 frozen pie shell, deep dish
6 oz. sausage hot, Rudy's
4 oz. Muensters cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown sausage; drain well. 1 layer of cheese; sausage; rest of cheese. Beat 4 eggs and milk well. Pour over cheese and sausage. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes until inserted knife comes out clean.
