MRS. M.'S PICKLED EGGS 
Hard boil 1 dozen eggs. Bring 1 cup sugar and 1 cup vinegar to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add juice of 1 can of beets. Place peeled eggs in large jar. Pour mixture over eggs and put beets on top. Cover and refrigerate 6 days.
