CHEESE LOG 
1 pkg. Mexican Velveeta cheese (1 lb.)
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. jar chopped pimentos
2 bunches chopped green onions

Roll out Velveeta cheese on wax paper. Roll out cream cheese on top. Spread chilies, pimentos and onions over and roll up. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers.
