BAKED ITALIAN CASSEROLE 
MEAT SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. med. noodles, cooked and drained
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
3/4 tsp. seasoned pepper (optional)

Melt butter in Dutch oven pot. Add ground beef, onion and green pepper. Cook until meat is brown. Stir in tomato sauce, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer 10-15 minutes.

CHEESE MIX:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. cottage cheese with chives
1/2 c. sour cream

Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream.

In a 3-quart casserole dish layer 1/2 of the noodles, 1/2 the cheese, 1/2 the meat. Repeat so top layer is meat sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
