MEATBALL STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 egg
1 slice white bread, crumbled
1/2 tsp. salt
Black pepper
1 can cream mushroom soup
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
3 c. cooked wide noodles

Mix beef, onion, bread, salt, and pepper. Shape into 16 meat balls. Brown in skillet. Pour off drippings.

Add soup and water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Blend in sour cream. Serve over noodles.
