BEEF KABOBS 
2 lg. green peppers, chopped
Cherry tomatoes
Mushrooms
Cooked rice

MARINATE:

1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 sm. onions, quartered
1/2 c. red wine
1 1/2 lb. round, flank or chuck, cut into 1 1/2" cubes

Marinate meat for 6 to 12 hours. Then skewer with other vegetables alternating as you skewer. Grill outdoors and baste with leftover marinade. Serve immediately over rice.
