SAVORY SQUASH 
1 lb. summer squash
1/2 c. crumbled saltines
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
3 tbsp. chopped green chili or green pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Cook, drain and mash squash. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. 6 servings.
