SCANDINAVIAN MEATLOAF 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground veal
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. accent
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. sour cream

Combine all ingredients except sour cream. Mix well. Press meat loaf into well-greased 8 or 9 inch ring mold. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Loosen edges with knife, turn out on serving dish. Place sour cream in center and use as an accent.
