POPPY SEED BREAD | |
1 box butter pecan cake mix (Betty Crocker) 1 box instant coconut pudding 1/4 c. poppy seed 4 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. oil 1 c. warm water Mix in large bowl, cake mix, pudding, poppy seed. Mix in small bowl eggs, oil and water. Add this to mixture in large bowl. Divide and bake in 2 loaf pans, 325 to 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Good with soft cream cheese or butter after slicing. |
