SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
Pie shell
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1 egg, beaten

Mix all these ingredients until smooth. Then add 2 cups apples and toss. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Then reduce heat to 325 degrees.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Mix until crumbly, then sprinkle over top of pie and bake another 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Insert knife, if it comes out clean, pie is done.
