SLIM CHICKEN BAKE | |
4 breast halves, skinned 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 c. lemon juice 2 tsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. basil, crushed Season chicken breast halves with salt and pepper. Sprinkle each breast with paprika. Place chicken in shallow baking dish, rib side up. Combine lemon juice, soy sauce and basil. Pour over chicken. Bake at 400 degrees, uncovered for 20 minutes. Turn chicken, bake with juices and bake for 20 minutes more. |
